Final Reports

A brief written report with 6 to 12 event photos is due to the Lana'i Community Association at the address above, within six (6) months after the date of your grant award. The report should describe how the funds were spent, how the community benefited from this project and what outcomes or tangible results were achieved. The Lana‘i Community Association Board of Directors will not consider proposals from groups who were previously funded that have NOT submitted a final report for its most recent grant from the Lana‘i Community Association. If your organization received a grant less than thirteen months from the proposal deadline, you may submit a proposal if all other finals reports are current.
