Vendor Rules and Regulations

  1. A $100 deposit check will need to be turned in with your application (see below).
  2. On July 1, please complete your setup by no later than 11:30 a.m, or 9:00 a.m. if you are doing the craft fair. Set up may start by 8:00 a.m.
  3. All cars must be out of Dole Park by 9:30 a.m.
  4. All boxes and other large trash must be removed by the vendors — not left in trash cans or dumpster. This is your trash — “take it with you.”

Food vendors (in addition to items above)

  1. Fire Extinguishers must be current, certified and visible at all food booths.
  2. All cooking must be outside in the designated cooking area. No cooking under tents.

Vendor Application

  2. Print the form.
  3. Provide the requested information.
  4. Drop off completed vendor application, fees and deposits by Friday, June 1st or until all booths sell out.
  5. Include Food Permit where applicable.
